By accessing or using Critique99 ("the Platform"), a product of Maanvisoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us (including via Google OAuth), you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & Video Reviews

As a video critique platform, we allow users to post reviews, ratings, and comments. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on Critique99, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of sharing it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community standards or these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or defamatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to access the Platform.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
• Submit fraudulent reviews or manipulated ratings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform's original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maanvisoft and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maanvisoft, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
